Flow Fusion cycles
A recurring class series combining guided improvisation, shaking, stretching, spiralling, contact, breath and space for creativity. A practice that develops through continuity rather than repetition.
05 · Embodied Practice
Flow Fusion is the embodied extension of my artistic research, shaped through choreography, improvisation, somatic exploration, and teaching.
Flow Fusion · The methodology
The practice investigates how attention, sensation, breath, imagination, and movement can change the way we relate to ourselves, to others, and to space.
Rather than teaching a fixed vocabulary, it creates conditions for listening, adaptation, risk, release, and discovery.
The work moves between artistic research and embodied transformation: the body becomes a place for perception, creativity, connection, and renewal.
Current ways to practise
The programme has grown through cycles, jams, creative weekends, breath journeys and retreats. Each format offers a different duration and intensity while remaining rooted in the same embodied research.

Studio and outdoor encounters exploring touch, shared weight, momentum, listening and play. Guided practice opens into jams, live music, collective research and, sometimes, dancing beside the sea.
A warm, low-threshold space for free movement, musical journeys, solo and shared exploration. No choreography to reproduce: the dance develops from attention, permission and collective energy.
Multi-day journeys where Flow Fusion expands through dance, breathwork, meditation, voice, rest and authentic connection — allowing time to reset, go deeper and integrate the experience.
Focused experiences bringing movement together with SOMA Breath, meditation and reflection. Designed to shift energy, support release and reconnect the physical and inner landscapes.
Dates, locations and booking are updated through TransFlow Fusion on Hipsy. The past-event archive traces the classes, jams, creative workshops, breathwork days and retreats through which this practice has evolved.
