Jérôme Meyer

Jérôme Meyer is a choreographer having crafted his choreographic skills as an upcoming choreographer in companies such as Nederlands Dans Theater, Batsheva company, Geneva Ballet before co-founding and leading MEYER-CHAFFAUD DANCE and CLOUD/danslab.
Meyer produces choreographic works with partners such as Korzo producties, the national dance producer in the Netherlands. He is nurturing his work with artists from different disciplines such as visual art, data visualisation and circus artists. Lately he explored crossover between technology and dance. His team developed hardware and software with universities such as Technical University Eindhoven and Leiden University.
He created commissioned works for companies such as Scapino Ballet Rotterdam, Dance Works Rotterdam/Andre Gingras, Introdans Jeugd and Geneva Ballet.
For higher education school or university he created works for Codarts, ArtEZ, ZHdk, NBA. He won several prices and was finalist of Hannover choreographer competition.
His partners of production, co-production and education includes major players such as Korzo Producties, Tanzhaus Dusseldorf, Tanzhaus Zurich, Centre National choreographic Biarritz, Maison de la culture Bourges, Art printing house Vilnius, ZHdk Zurich, Cape town University SA, Codarts, ArtEZ, AHK, CLOUD/Danslab, Philadelphia USA, Open Look St Petersburg, Russia, Ballet junior Genève.
His works was performed in The Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, France, South Africa, United States, Lithuania, Indonesia, Egypt, Spain, and Russia mainly in dance festivals but also in digital art festival and on location like the Kamerdans project, performed in 72 places in South Africa, USA and The Netherlands.
